8.5 hours (7:30 am – 4 pm)

Earbuds/Headphones: We would prefer runners not use headphones/earbuds, but if necessary, please leave one ear free to hear other runners and to avoid possible accidents.

Trekking Poles: Trekking poles are not allowed.

Aid stations will feature: oranges, bananas, pb&j sandwiches, VFuel gels, potato chips, VFuel sport drink, water, Newman O’s.
(all runners will receive a re-usable ultraspire collapsible cup in their race bag–please pack with you on the run!)

Please bring a clearly marked drop bag to the starting area. There will be a marked location to place your bag. The drop off place is TBD but will be approximately at the 15 mile mark.

Trail Highlights
